Your baby is the size of a poppy seed and officially an embryo! At this stage, they are made up of two layers—the epiblast and hypoblast—which will eventually form their organs and body parts.
Even at this early stage, many moms find joy in connecting with their baby. Try journaling, talking to your baby, or placing a hand on your belly for a quiet moment of reflection.
